There are five Trustees of Susan's Farm CIO and they are responsible for the running of Susan's Farm. Day to Day Management is delegated to a Management Committee of trustees, staff and volunteers through a scheme of delegation.
We have a range of policies relating to safeguarding, health and safety, working with animals and machinery, livestock welfare and management. If you cannot find the relevant policy here please ask us.
Farms and the countryside with the proper preparation and safeguards are a safe and enjoyable place to visit, learn and work. We ask all group leaders to undertake a pre visit visit to familiarise themselves with the setting.
