We are so pleased to be able to open our farm again to welcome visitors over the Easter holidays.   

We've all waited so long to get back outdoors so we'd love you to come and spend time exploring the farm properly: seeing the orchard, feeding the chickens, listening to the birds, breathing the fresh air.  See what new life is appearing in the wetlands of Gosling Sike. Our fields will be filled with sheep and their lambs, and of course, we have the amazing Longhorn cattle to admire.

Because of COVID restrictions our self-guided walks, which are bookable in advance, are only available at specific times. This allows us to limit the numbers of visitors we have, and give you the chance to spend time in the heart of an organic Cumbrian farm.

Groups of 6 or 2 households can book a walk time. Our walk slots are available every hour an hour during the times shown below, and walks usually last 1-1.5 hours. Whilst we'd love you to enjoy the farm as much as possible, we respectfully ask you to limit your tour to a maximum of 1.5 hours to allow other visitors the space and time to enjoy it too. 

You'll be met at the gate by Farmer Susan, given a pack and sent off around the fields of the farm.  See the animals, wildlife and plants around the farm and do the activities to help you really explore.  

We are pleased to offer these walks FREE during April to encourage you to get out and about and enjoy the countryside.

It's the perfect way to get your family out and about!
